Análisis del perfil empresarial en la región de Huánuco, Perú: perspectivas y tendencias

Objective. The objective of this study was to explore and describe the business profile in the Huanuco region (Peru). Methods. The methodology employed followed a quantitative approach, basic and descriptive in nature. A non-experimental and cross-sectional design was used. The target population was SMEs in the Huanuco region, from which a representative sample was selected. Data collection was carried out by means of a survey technique, using a standardized questionnaire as an instrument. Results. According to the results obtained, a significant percentage of the entrepreneurs surveyed considered the following qualities to be the most valued in the business profile: vision, motivation, leadership, risk-taking and teamwork. Conclusions. This suggests that the entrepreneurs have a positive perception of the usefulness and relevance of the proposed tool in the analysis of the business profile in the Huanuco region.
