Objective. This research work was developed with the purpose of analyzing the eco-efficient management of industrial waste at the Servicio Nacional de Adiestramiento en Trabajo Industrial [National Service for Industrial Work Training] (SENATI) in the province of Huánuco. Methods. The quantitative approach was used and the type of research was descriptive-explanatory with a non-experimental design. There was a sample of 10 managers and 22 instructors from SENATI. Instruments such as a file and a survey were used to collect the information, and the questionnaire was used for its application; these were previously validated by experts in the field. Industrial waste and its environmental implications were also studied. Results. As results, it has been established that training, knowledge and awareness are related to energy consumption, and these aspects or variables are not planned with the waste generated; likewise, knowledge and awareness are scarce with gas emissions in SENATI in the province of Huánuco. Conclusion. There is a significant relationship between industrial waste management and eco-efficiency at SENATI in the province of Huánuco.
