Clima organizacional y estrés laboral en el personal médico de un hospital de Lima

Objetivo. Determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y el estrés laboral en el personal médico de un hospital de Lima. Métodos. El estudio fue descriptivo, observacional, transversal con enfoque cuantitativo y correlacional, no experimental. La muestra estuvo constituida por 76 médicos de un hospital de Lima, a los cuales se les realizó una encuesta en la que se midió el grado de relación del clima organizacional y el estrés laboral. Resultados. La muestra estuvo conformada por 76 médicos, de los cuales 53(69,7%) fueron varones y 23(30,3%) mujeres. Se evidenció relación significativa, positiva y fuerte entre el clima organizacional y cada una de las dimensiones de estrés laboral. Conclusiones. Existe relación significativa, positiva y fuerte entre el clima organizacional y cada una de las dimensiones de estrés laboral en el personal médico de un hospital de Lima.
