Analytical, transversal, retrospective research, which aims to find the correlation between gynecological cancer (cervix and breast) and socioeconomic level in patients treated at the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases - INEN, during the period 2010-2012. non-randomized sampling for convenience that included the records of the total number of women with gynecological cancer (cervix and breast) seen in the INEN during the period described, totaling 8584 patients. To determine the socioeconomic level, the social categorization assigned by the social assistance service of INEN was used, determining five categories. To find the statistical correlation the Spearman Correlation test was applied. The results found indicate a statistically significant positive correlation of 0.813 for a p <0.001. It is concluded that there is a high relationship between gynecological cancer (cervical and breast cancer) and socioeconomic level, in patients treated at the National Institute of Neoplasic Diseases INEN, during the period 2010 - 2012.
