Organizational climate and community satisfaction in the execution of a public work: a case study

Objective. The objective of this research was to determine the possible relationship between the organizational climate and the satisfaction of the community of Santa Rosa in relation to the public works executed by Constructora y Consultores FALIM E.I.R.L. Methods. The methodology used was applied, with a quantitative approach and descriptive correlational level. A probabilistic sampling was carried out and a survey was applied to 30 workers and 150 inhabitants of the community of Santa Rosa de Masisea, in the region of Ucayali (Peru). The data obtained were processed using the SPSS 25.00 statistical program. Results. The results revealed a significant relationship between organizational climate and satisfaction in the Santa Rosa community, with a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.136. This implies that the general hypothesis is accepted. Conclusions. The results of this study indicate the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the organizational climate and the satisfaction of the community of Santa Rosa in the public works executed by Constructora y Consultores FALIM E.I.R.L.
